926A. GUISEPIE SALVATI (Italian, 20th Century) MEDITERRANEAN HARBOR SCENE. Colorful oil on canvas scene shows several boats along dock with one on beach. Small stucco buildings with several boats at dry dock. Grass covered coastal cliffs with turquoise blue water. Signed lower left "Salvati". Housed in its original gilt molded wood frame. 926B. T. BAILEY (American, Early 20th Century) NEW HAMPSHIRE LANDSCAPE. Oil on canvas scene shows dirt road winding along lake side bank. Purple hills and mountains in background. Late summer/early fall foliage. Signed lower right "T. Bailey". Housed in its original gold carved wood frame. SIZE: 20" x 30". CONDITION: Very good. 9-97697 (1,000-2,000)

867. BERTHA S. MENZLER DRESSLER PEYTON (American, 1871-1947) WHITE FLOWERS IN BLUE VASE. This painting is housed in a fine gold replacement frame, not as stated in catalog description. Also, note is no longer with the painting.
889. UNSIGNED (American/British, 19th Century) PORTRAIT OF A GENTLEMAN. Additional Information: Family records indicate that this is a portrait of Isaac Parsons. A newspaper article concerning Isaac Parsons is included which indicates Parsons was sometimes called the "Father of Maine Agriculture". Born in 1740 and living in New Gloucester, Maine. In 1749 he was made one of the incorporators of Bowdoin College.
